REFUND POLICY

Mustang Soccer League Refund Policy 16-1 - A player’s circumstances may change between registration in the spring and the start of the soccer season in the summer. A family may move, have a change in financial circumstances or a player may have a change in heart. Mustang Soccer’s refund policy for the league registration fee as well as league program fees is detailed in the below chart. There are no refunds for team fees.

Registration Fee Refunds (All Divisions) - Mustang incurs costs each time a player registers to play soccer. These costs increase over time so refunds will be reduced accordingly.

⧫⧫Service Fee Definition: The non-refundable credit/debit card transaction fee collected by credit card companies for each purchase. Therefore when refunds are made, this fee will not be refunded.

Full refunds will be issued to players who are not assigned to a team

Refund Request Procedures 

  • Refund requests must be submitted by email to refunds@mustangsoccer.com or mailed to: Mustang Soccer League, 4680 Camino Tassajara, Danville, CA 94506, Attn: Registrar/Refunds
  • Please include the following:
    • Player’s name
    • Age group  
    • Program/Division  
    • Contact name & phone number 
  • Please note: 
    • Informing your coach or a board member is not an acceptable substitute for submitting a refund request via email or regular postal mail.
    • The date the communication is received by the office will count as the refund date.
    • Refund requests may take up to thirty (30) days to process. The date the written refund request is received in the office will be counted as the Refund Request Submission Date.

Competitive Program: Level I, Level II, or Level III (ECNL/Pre-ECNL, Elite I, Elite II, & Competitive Select) -- Program and Team Fee Refunds - Program and team fees become the responsibility of each team member and their family at the time they accept a position on a competitive team.  Injury, family relocation, or call-up situations may occur, but don’t alter the responsibility of a family to meet their financial commitment to their original team. In order to protect the financial stability of each competitive team, Competitive Elite and Select Program and Team fees are not subject to refunds except in the case where the team coach or division director finds a replacement player who is able to assume the prorated financial obligation of the departed player.
